Blue Ridge Elementary Groundbreaking for the new addition was a great success! Thank you to NC Senator Ralph Hise, County Manager Lynn Austin, Commissioner Mark Ledford, Harper General Contractors, MPS Architects, Branch Civil and our wonderful BRES faculty, staff and YCS Board of Ed members for a great ceremony.
Special thanks to BRES 5th graders for doing a great job reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and participating in the groundbreaking.

We are getting ready for students!! This summer we were able to get some new desks for our upper grades as well!
